So last Thursday morning I had my second interview with Topshop. For this I had to do a presentation of a critical plan of action focusing on staff motivation & customer satisfaction and how my strengths would play towards this. I was super nervous, as doing presentations aren't really my thing! But I managed to do it smoothly with no awkward/nervous moments and the manager said she loved it. AND today I found out that I GOT THE JOB!!! I'm so happy and super excited to start in a couple of weeks as a Top Level Supervisor. Yey! My first 'proper' job. Bring on the discount, haha!x

I know this hair style has been around for a while, but I still love it. It adds a great edge to a maybe boring head of hair. I'm seriously tempted to get it done, maybe more like the first style or only getting a tiny bit shaved as it is quite a scary prospect! It is a style that you would have to dress and wear make up with, ultra femininely otherwise you could look like a tranny haha! (Not saying that these lovely ladies do of course... but I might). What do you guys think? Are you a fan?x

If you haven't already, you need to visit Nikki Lipstick. She has awesome uniquely designed & altered tee's as well as home-made pasties that are just uh-mazing, 'Hand made titty couture and other cute shit' as she says on her twitter account. Only found this site a couple of weeks ago and I'm in love already. I need to wait until funds are in so I can purchase the 'Cult Leader Doll' tee as it's super cute.
Check it out girls...x

On Wednesday night I had an interview with Topshop. It's awful but I don't really know which position I was applying/applied for! I originally got called about a Supervisors & Visual Merchandising position, but when I turned up at the Interview, not many other people there had been told about either role?! Who knows! Anyway, it went well (as did everyone else's) so the outcome is really unclear, I have my fingers, toes, arms and anything else possible crossed. It's sad but literally working there would be my dream job at the moment.
I thought I'd share with you what I wore to it (unfortunately didn't take any photographs) so instead decided to make it on Polyvore. I wore my Motel Celeste t-shirt dress tucked under a high-waisted Zara pleated mini skirt, with tights and my lovely studded slippers from Topshop! I also brought my H&M longline wine coloured cardigan along (but didn't wear it as it was super hot). I realise my old school Casio watch doesn't match but I couldn't part with it...
Will update you all when/IF I hear back. x

I recently purchased this beauty of a cardigan in a local charity shop. It was a bargain £3.99 so I couldn't resist. The quality is amazing, it's super chunky with many different textures and colours which I found irresistible! The brand is Tosani 'Quality made in Canada', I'm assuming it's originally made for a man as the size is XL. Not sure if I'll actually wear it as it's huuuge, but I love it.

The Look Show blogging competition is back!
I know my blog is only small and I only have a few followers but I thought why not? I may as well give it a shot! This is an opportunity to blog live throughout the Look fashion show during London Fashion Week, as well as staying the night in a hotel, enjoy 3-course meals and cocktails, a Toni & Guy cut and blow-dry, cinema and bowling vouchers, a £200 Westfield Stratford City gift card and £100 towards travel expenses! Uh-mazing. I feel that I bring a 'realness' to my blogging, I think the main reason for this is that I do it for me and enjoy doing so. I don't feel forced to write or post something as some other bloggers may do. My blog shows all the things I love (of course mainly fashion based). I post outfits of the day as often as I can, I show new clothes I've purchased, clothes I want/need to get my hands on and also show other bits that I'm interested in & want to share. I have recently graduated after studying Fashion specialising in Fashion Promotion at The Arts University College At Bournemouth. Fashion is a huge part of my life and isn't just a hobby. I'd love to be on the front row blogging about something I'm truly passionate about!
