Recent additions... A few must have products and regular purchases (and some new ones): Boots extra firm hairspray 2 for £3, Rimmel Nail Polishes in 704 Sweet as sugar (light blue) and 704 Tangy tangerine, I think they were 2 for £4 or something similar. Really nice colours and the pigment comes out really well in one coat. Collection 2000 concealer £4, Barry M Lipstick in Coral £4 (haven't yet tried), Rimmel Liquid eyeliner around £4, I literally use this EVERYDAY, hair bands 50p, and then finally 3 for £3 on cleansing face wipes from Boots.
Swan crop top and floral trousers from Topshop in the sale, both £10 which is £7.50 with my staff card, such a bargain, especially for the trousers they are gorgeous.
Charity shop buys: Blue speckle jumper £3, Army khaki jacket £1 and crochet knitted top £2.99. Really do love charity shop shopping, especially when there are so many bargains to be had. I think you do have to have an eye and patience for it, as there are some of those days where you will come away with nothing! (Although for me that is rare, shopaholics are us here I am.)
Topshop holiday purchases: Black and Tan sandals £10 each in the sale (£7.50 on staff card), Freedom skull earrings £1.50,  Lilac dipped hem tank dress £8 in the sale (£6 on staff card), Polka dot leigh jeans £38 or £40 (£15.20 on uniform), and aztec silky runner shorts £12 in the sale (£9 on my staff card).
And the best has been left until last, this gorgeous skirt from Topshop (of course), that I found yesterday at work and purchased straight away. Originally £55 down to £25, this stunning asymmetric dipped hem beauty.  This was only £18.75 on my staff card so really couldn't resist. I think it will be perfect for my holiday, it's so light and floaty, will look great with a plain black boob tube, or crop top/bralet. This made my day!

Ok, so I do shop A LOT. But I am going to behave now.

Shark Vs Mermaid.
So, I have wanted this swimsuit for ABSOLUTELY AGES now, it had sold out and now Black Milk have brought it back, (thank you!) So tomorrow (payday), I will be purchasing this bad boy. It is super pricey coming it at around £60 with p&p, but I think for a piece that hardly anyone will own, and with such an awesome print, it's worth it! I can't resist. I think it'll look great as a swimsuit or as a body, worn with high waisted skinnies or shorts. That's enough to justify it for me!
What do you think? Yey or ney?x

p.s If you haven't heard of Black Milk, you need to have. They make the most beautiful leggings and swimsuits. So unique and truly amazing!

This post is a little different from my others, I've decided to combine a week's worth of outfits into one post. Sorry about the lack of imagination when it comes to the image taking but I literally post my outfit of the days on instagram like this. I need to find an easy and more creative way of taking photo's for my blog posts but for now this is a simple and quick way for me to share with you what I've been wearing. As you can see it's a lot of basic items for me this week, jeans and a decorative tee/sweater seem to work nicely. Sometimes the more simple an outfit the nicer it is. If you want to keep up to date with me and my life follow me on twitter or on my intstagram oi_jennifer.
Fifi Lapin for Iconemesis.
Hello all, bit of a random post today but I feel this deserves it. My boyfriend ever-so-sweetly bought me this adorable Fifi Lapin phone case from Iconemesis as I wouldn't stop going on about it! I was torn between this and the cupcake one that they have here. To be honest I will probably end up buying the other one myself, they are just too cute. The quality is amazing and fits so nicely on my phone, it's not chunky at all and fits just right. They had a 40% off code so the boy actually got it for £14.99 which is a bargain, they are normally £24.99 which is a little pricey for a phone case but I think it's worth it for the quality and uniqueness.

Iconemesis collaborates with some of the world's greatest artists to bring us these lovely phone cases.

'The idea behind iconemesis is to give
you the option of expressing your individuality
through your case.'

It's a great idea, with technology becoming part of our everyday lives it gives us the opportunity to express it and use it in the way we like! They are bringing out an awesome feature which will actually allow you to create your own iPhone/Blackberry case. Awesome.

For a limited time only they have a discount code of 20% off using the code ICON220. GO GO GO!

Sale buys and other bye byes.
From left to right: 1. New Look black cut out mesh back top £7.99, 2. Zara shorts £17 (sale), 3. Urban outfitters Floral cropped shirt £15 (sale) 4. Urban outfitters crochet vest £10 (sale). I went on a little mad shopping spree in Southampton over the weekend and found myself some right treats, my favourite has to be my floral shorts from Zara, for only £17 I thought they were a right bargain. They are so feminine and the colours are stunning. They really are the only pair of shorts I have like this so I'm chuffed. I'm trying to be a bit more sophisticated in my old age (23 cough cough), so I thought these would be lovely for nights out and even casual warmer days-if we ever get any. It's looking more and more unlikely, sigh. I have although got a holiday booked for Turkey in September so if I don't get any sunshine, atleast I'll get some then, even if it is like 3 months away...
In other life news, my lovely friend Sophie (if you're reading this you know you'll be missed!) left us at work over the weekend. So we celebrated her new job and new beginnings on Saturday night. The night was a pretty quiet one as we got separated from the rest of the crew, (which is normally the case in a big group), so I was home by midnight and had only had one drink- which I was very grateful for to be honest. No hangover, and a nice chilled Sunday with the boy instead. Anyway, enough ranting, I wore my New Look biker jacket (old), my new black New Look mesh cut out top, £7.99 (sorry didn't get a picture of the back, but I'm sure I'll be wearing it again soon), and my Zara shorts of course (oh and of course the only shoes I own- New Look ankle boots).
Excise how tango'd I am as well, I decided to try the St. Moriz tan in 'dark' which is definitely DARK. For £4.99 it is amazing though, pretty streak free, easy to apply, doesn't smell... but I'll try and do an actual review on it for my next post. (I was secretly impressed, saving me a whopping £14 if I bought my regular FakeBake). Have you tried it out yet? and if so what did you think? Also anyone ever been to Turkey? anywhere you recommended to visit?x

Topshop sale.
Underwear from left to right: Yellow bralet £8, yellow brief £3, black brief x2 £2, Aztec Bra £1 and green brief £2.
'Konfetti' my amazing glittery brogues £30, reduced from £60!
Bikini: £15 and Leopard cami £12.

Here I thought I'd do a quick post on a few recent Topshop sale purchases. This is one of the things I love about my job, getting the first bargains! A lot of these items, (well most of them) were on my wish list when full price, so obviously when they went down I was willing to pay the new prices! I have not yet worn my glittery brogues but can't wait to! I want the sun to come out as I think they would look great with a cute sun dress. The cami is so cute, it's dipped at the back and is also sheer which will be lovely too if we ever have a summer, and the same with the bikini, ou est le sun? I'll probably have to wait until SEPTEMBER to wear it! (This is when I've booked holiday time, sigh). Have any of you grabbed some bargains at Topshop yet? If so what pieces have you nabbed?x

Frills & flowers.
Peplum Jersey Top: Topshop £16 and Floral Trousers £40
The pattern is so stunning on these trousers, I'm not usually one for the floral print but I thought this was the nicest one I've seen so had to purchase on uniform. I'm really liking this smart trouser style at the moment from Topshop, they are very similar to my swan ones.
For the first time I wore them, I teamed them up with my black blouse from Matalan (old), and River Island brogues £12 sale (old). I probably should have kept to black shoes for this look, but hey, you learn from your mistakes. It doesn't look TOO bad, just annoys me a little ha.
For my new Peplum top I paired it with my glittery lilac Leigh Jeans (Topshop £40) and my Vectra studded slippers (also Topshop £28), I learnt, black with black. I love this outfit, it's summery but not too summery, which is exactly what our weather is feeling like. This top is very similar to my other peplum top, but it is made from jersey rather than peplum. I do feel the peplum top sits better and holds its shape in a more flattering manner then the jersey one. The material also makes it feel and look more expensive, which is always nice. The jersey one is roughly £10 cheaper and considering the price, it does the job and looks very flattering. I think these tops are good for hiding a multitude of sins, so if you do have a little bit of a pop belly goin' on, the frill at the waist helps to hide it. They are slim fitting at the top which helps create it's flattering silhouette and if you don't mind your arms out and boobs sucked in then it's perfect for you too!x

Newbie.
Two of my most recent purchases. This gorgeous Peplum shell top from Topshop £24 and the Lemon Jamie Jeans £25 from Topshop too.
The top is so versatile and really easy to team with anything, coloured denim, blocked denim and even bodycon skirts to make it look like a complete dress. It's ultra feminine and girly and not my usual style, but I think that's what attracted me to it! It's such a bargain for how many different styles you can get out of it! I decided to wear it with my Acid wash Leigh jeans (Topshop of course), and my gladiator sandals from New Look which are atleast 4 years old ha. The Lemon Jamie Jeans are awesome too, I haven't worn the two new items together yet as the weather just isn't right for that look just yet. Instead I decided to emo up the lemon jeans by colour blocking black on black. The slouchy top is from Topshop around £16 and my trusty creepers from eBay that I can't seem to live without at the moment.
I have such an obsession for coloured denim that has lasted well over a year now, hence my ever growing collection. I now have the yellow to add and probably many more. It's not my fault they keep bringing out a colour I don't own! Sheesh. Anyway was thinking of doing how to wear coloured denim post with different ways to style them, what do you think?x
